Our Rock Falls Hotels located near Sterling, Illinois, which houses the Westwood Sports & Fitness Center is the Sterling Park District's largest facility and consists of two separate buildings which contain 12 indoor volleyball basketball courts, a 200 meter indoor track & field facility, 4 indoor and 6 outdoor tennis courts, batting cages, Fitness Edge, racquetball courts and walleyball courts. Basketball leagues, track meets, indoor soccer, gymnastics, trade shows, expositions and meetings are also held at the facility. Westwood is home to the Sterling Track Club and No Limits Volleyball.
